open template, shift+D to duplicate, close the original

delete credits and background layer

layer one

select all, float, defloat

add new raster layer

copy and paste paper 1 into selection

select none

delete old layer

inner bevel

layer two-paper 42

layer three-paper 14

layer four-paper 39

layer five-paper 2

word art layer

select all, float, defloat

add new raster layer, flood fill with color of choice

select none, gradient glow, 3 width, #ffffff color

repeat steps with second word art layer then eye candy-glass

default settings, drop shadow

layer eight and nine, merge down

gradient glow, same as previous, drop shadow

copy and paste element 70

resize 90%

load mask, source luminance, fit to layer

add artists copyrights, add your name
