start by making a 650x650 transparent canvas

you can always resize later to your liking

copy and paste element 38

resize 90%

duplicate, flip, merge down

drop shadow of choice

I used 2V 1H 70op 4B

place behind frame

place on bottom of frame

duplicate, flip, merge down

duplicate, free rotate 90 degrees to the right

merge down

move to bottom of tag
