Lets begin

make a 650x650 transparent canvas

copy and paste element 30

use magic wand and click inside frame

modify, expand by 6

add new raster layer

copy and paste paper 7 into selection

keep selected

copy and paste your tube or tubes one by one

resize and arrange to your liking

invert, delete on each tube layer

select none

move the paper layers and tube layer or layers behind frame layer

drop shadow all

copy and paste element 18

resize 75%

see tag for placement of this and all following elements

resize 50%

use your eraser tool on a small size setting I used 15

erase parts of the rings, depending on where you place it

so that it looks like the rings are around the glass stems.
